    I am serving Alicia’s Thanksgiving Tofu for our main course this year and I’m excited to treat my family to our first ever vegan Thanksgiving! But I need to double the recipe. Has anyone done that? I’m concerned that it will throw off the baking time. Please let me know if anyone has a tip for me on this! Thanks!!

    thanksgiving this year! BTW – I found a great vegan wine at Whole Foods Market, it is
    called “Deccolio Prosecco” and it will be great aperitif to the
    holiday dinner.
