People should try to stop cutting down trees. If they have cut one, should immediately plant another one to replace it. Wild fire should be controlled. In places where wood is used as fuel alternative fuel such as biogas can be used to cook. Farm land should not be used to build houses, and factories because plants are the ones that fixes green house gases like carbondioxide and gives oxygen. Emission of green house gases by industrialised nations should be controlled.

Buy a bike and use it more often than your car. My bike is my car. We rent a car when needed about 2 times a year. Otherwise we fly or take trains. That will help the earth a lot.

Agreed 100%. For the most part a car is a waste of money and resources. Never owned one and probably never will. My two foot, a bike and good old public transport get me anywhere.

    Yes Alicia –
    Earth day is everyday!
My Eco-Art greeting cards are printed with vegetable inks, renewable energy and recycled paper! Now with our new baby- we are only using cloth diapers & cloth baby wipes. For Earth day, we will be improving our pollinator garden by planting more native flowers.
Each day we work towards improving our lifestyle choices to reflect our true hearts love…Living in Harmony with Nature.

we’re taking the kids to an earth day celebration at a local school! it’s such a great way to celebrate with the community! we talk every day in our home about kindness towards all living things, including bugs that we save and set free outside. we compost, recycle, minimize plastic consumption as much as possible and plant seeds! We also try to connect with the earth every single day by sitting on the ground, playing outside, being near water, watching sunsets…. we try to instill a foundation of connecting to the earth in our children.
