Sanctuary Spotlight: Erin’s Farm
Erin’s Farm is a Nonprofit 501c3 Animal Sanctuary & Rescue located in Hobart, Indiana. Erin’s goal is to sensitize people to all animals and nature. Her farm is the result of over twenty years of dedication and service towards animal awareness, from being in the veterinary world and being an animal lover. Her farm provides a unique opportunity to get up close and personal to farm animals as well as reptiles and other exotics. Inspired by Jane Goodall’s message for peace and understanding, Erin has molded her career around education and exposure. She believes that it is important for our next generation to witness and understand nature in all of its true forms to ensure will we be come better stewards. The Farm is FREE but donations are welcomed and crucial to assist with the care of the animals and the maintenance of the farm. From visiting and cuddling with the animals to taking a hike on their property, there’s much to experience!
