Hi
I'm a single guy so a lot of recipes etc are not economic for me- its just not possibel to always keep portions for use later
Any help in suggesting how small quantities of fresh food can be managed esily in the superhero diet and reduce my wastage would be great

Hi Alicia! Just wanted to say thank you so much for all that you do! You have inspired so many of us! I am so excited about tonight's chat! yay! I am looking forward to learning about being a superhero! Also, I have read your book many times, but seem to have a bit of a struggle so I am super interested in any tips on how to make it work in everyday life :)

Hi Alicia!
I just read your book and loved it! You are so amazing and thank you for the great work you are doing. I was completely convinced to go full superhero and this is my first week doing it. I cut out dairy, meat, sugar and all the nasty foods and I've been eating whole grains, beans, and veggies, as well as some nuts, seeds, fruit, miso, ect. However, I'm a guy and I'm already rather skinny and I lost 4 pounds this week, which for me is not good since I want to maintain or even gain weight. I've also been feeling hungry sometimes at night before bed and when I wake up since I started having dinner earlier like you said in the book. So I'm having dinner around 7-8 and don't go to bed until like midnight or later. I guess I just have to eat bigger portions. Do you have any advice? I'd really appreciate it!
Thank you!
Yashua :)

I would love to talk about being superhero as a pregnant lady. Is it completely safe and were you superhero throughout your pregnancy?
Thanks!

I would like to know, do try to reinvent the wheel every week when it comes to meal planning or do you mainly stick to favorites. I'm like what am I going to eat today? I have tons of cookbooks, but it seems like a chore to start from scratch everyday and my boys are like "ewww" what's this.

Have a great chat Alicia et al.! I hope to read the transcript afterwards. It will be 2am my time here in Slovakia, it's a wee bit late for us here so we'll be ZZzz. My partner and I are doing our best to go superhero, look forward to reading the chat transcript after to hear about your tips and Alicia and everyone! xxx

Been trying to be a good lil superhero shortly after becoming VEGAN in Sept 2009, and all I can say is, "It works for me!" Very happy w/my lifestyle & love the vegetable soup recipe I stumbled upon about 6-mos ago. I eat it more often than anything else in my superhero variety of foods! It contains tomatoes, 2 or 3 kinds of drained & rinsed beans, potatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, onions, water, a few spices. It is amazingly delicious!!
I intend being a superhero the rest of my life & heartily recommend the lifestyle. :-)
