Healthy School Lunches Come From the Soil!
The New York Coalition for Healthy School Food is a wonderful organization that works to provide fresh, organic, plant-based food to New York schools. They are holding a great-looking fundraiser dinner on October 10 in New York, catered by a who’s who of vegan eateries in NYC. All the yummy food places are going to be there! My friend Joy, who co-founded Candle 79 and the two Candle Café restaurants with her husband Bart, is participating and told me about the event.
