I would love to win this 3 Days.
Life has got so crazy and I need to get back to cleansing twice a year it has been two year.
Thanks! -
I keep seeing this cleanse advertised on all my favorite websites, and it sounds delicious and wonderful! I keep thinking about trying a cleanse, but I'm hesitant about trying something excessively complicated or restrictive. This sounds perfect! -
My heart kind of sunk as I skimmed across my email and all I saw was “Vegan Cleanse” in the subject line. This time I didn’t even hesitate to open it and it was an even better surprise when I saw there was an opportunity to win a free 3-day beginner detox from The Kind Life and not only that, but it was a Kaeng Raeng Detox! Thinking possibly, this may be my chance to start over. With this I come to you.
I would really like to try Kaeng Raeng Detox for a few reasons. I remember when Alicia and The Kind Life put out an article about a year ago and I was too late to order it with the % off because I never opened my email. I wanted to get my life back on track. So I researched Kaeng Raeng for a few weeks and I called several of our Whole Foods around in the Orlando area to see if maybe they had it in stock (without paying shipping I figured it may cut cost) as the site suggested. But, unfortunately it wasn’t in our market yet. The man I spoke to sug
gested that I call their head office to see if they can start carrying it in the Central FL area. Anyway, I never did. I did go back and forth from the website to the store contemplating whether or not it would be cheaper one way or the other. See I’m a single mom and in 2005 I started a long journey of getting my body and mind into shape. I did just that. I lost 140lbs all on a vegan and vegetarian diet (which is a huge jump from being 300lbs at 23 years old). Over the last few years I have given up on myself and given up on the life change I made. Now about to hit 30 years old in November weighing in at 200lbs I am overdue. I gave up on a lot, while working 4 jobs at once just staying afloat and missing so much time with my little man. Well, in June the last job I was working closed down. I have said many times it’s time for me to take control again and know what my body needs and how I felt the happiest is on a vegan lifestyle. I miss that. I still have thought about the Kaeng Raeng Detox and ironically just a few weeks ago in the Orlando Sentinel there was an article they did on Detoxing and someone had taken the Beginner 3-day. So, just last week, I thought let me head to Whole Foods to see if it’s in yet, but nope. Not yet. Again, I felt defeated. I realize there is other options to kick start my body without another detox, but I just don’t feel that this is “just another detox”. Still unemployed, I feel this is my chance. My new start as I turn 30 and grab ahold of my life again by going to school, researching different religions, give back by volunteering and extending my life in such a peaceful way while sharing all of this with my son.
This is all why I WANT to try Kaeng Raeng!

I am sorry, as I posted this on facebook eagerly to share my story...and not even thinking to post my story here too... -
I would love to have something like this. I haven't been able to go to the gym in a long time. -
I have been slowly changing over to the Kind Life diet with hopes of being a superhero by this time next year. I am 36 and have SLE, as well as multiple other syndromes associated with it. This detox would be wonderful for me, however being a single mom, with medical bills through the roof, just going out and buying the system is a little difficult right now. One way or another though, I would love to and will try it. -
I think I'm too late for a win but I would love to try this cleanse at some point. The convenience factor of the smoothies + raw fruits/veggies alone is huge for my commute and desk job plus I want to jump start some mild weight loss and transition to a more consistently healthy diet. I also want to keep my skin more regularly clear, too!
The flavors sound delicious. I would mix them with almond milk in the morning and water for the rest of the day. I liked Kaeng Rang on FB and would love to try a cleanse. -
Im on my way from vegetarian to vegan thanks to the help of your book! I've been through a lot with depression, and weight gain and have found this vegan style of living to really help me feel better! I think the detox will really give me the extra boost i need to get my weight loss going stronger. -
Im a vegetarian almost vegan and I'd like to try the cleanse to remove all the toxins and chemicals from my body. This sounds like an amazing cleanse and it sounds link it'll taste good too! -
My best friend has been trying to get me to do an other well known cleanse for years now but every time I even watched her do it, I got a strange feeling that something was just not right about it. After visiting the Kaeng Raeng website and reading it's comparison to other cleanses, I finally realized why I could never do a cleanse like those others out there and why I need to try this amazing vegan one. I am in dire need of detoxifying my body and "jump starting" my diet and weigh loss goals. I have eaten very poorly in my past and am paying for it now with constant bloating and an overall malaise. Winning a 3 day beginner program would truly help me with this. -
This vegan cleanse sounds perfect! It's just what I need right now to get back on track to a healthy vegan lifestyle. I have been struggling to make a permanent transition to veganism, but it has proven difficult with my lack of familial support. I'm struggling in every aspect of my life actually. I hope whoever wins the cleanse really appreciates it. -
I'd love to try this! It's so hard to find a vegan cleanse that is also gluten free, but I'm celiac! This sounds absolutely amazing!! -
Alicia, I bought the 6 day cleanse and realized I should have really started with a 3 day cleanse to begin with so I hope I win the 3 day cleanse to start out the right way. I have tried for years to be "kind to my body" but it has been so difficult caring mostly for others than for myself...now I am feeling optimistic that I am finally on the right path. It is time :) -
I'm a vegetarian, working my way to vegan, and am trying to stay on an all natural track, but obviously it's difficult and this would be a great tool to motivate my progression! -
I have celiacs and have never found a vegan & a gluten free cleanse before.
I would LOVE to be able to try it. Thanks! -

Hi! This would be amazing to try. Me and my husband have started slowly experimenting with going vegan, and love the way it made us feel. But we got off track and want to get back on and this cleanse would be a perfect way to kick us back in gear. It sounds like a really healthy and safe one to do. -
Hi, I'd love to try the cleanse! I've been vegan for a few months and would love to go deeper down the rabbit hole :) -
Hi Alicia, I would love to have a chance to try this detox! I don't have as much bounce in my step as I would like at the moment and I think this would help. We are coming out of winter here in New Zealand and it would be a great spring clean for my body. Thanks! Laurel -

Hi Alicia! I would love to try this detox pack! I have never done a detox before as I was afraid of what chemical substances were present, however I like the sound of this one! Great job guys :) -
Hello, I will give birth to a baby soon and I think this would be really perfect for me after I breastfeed my baby since I had to eat again milk products and eggs for the last few months. I want to be a vegan again after and I believe that cleansing my body would be great. Also, I can't really afford the cleanse for the next year because I will be on a maternity leave! -
Hello, I'm Anne. I'm extremely interested in this cleanse for numerous reasons. I'm in my senior year of college, and sometimes it's hard to stick to a healthy lifestyle. I'm sick of feeling sluggish and tired all the time, when my brain needs to be sharp! I've researched a few cleanses and have not been very successful in my finds or attempts. This cleanse actually seems 100% good for you in every way. Not only for me personally, but also for others and the world we live in. And it is especially wonderful for me being a Environmental Studies and Sustainability major, and Anthropology minor, that this cleanse is perfect all around! -
I've wanted to try this cleanse for a while. I'm trying to eliminate gluten from my diet and think this would be a great way to get my system ready for the change. -
This cleanse looks great! Sometimes I worry about doing them because they can be harmful, but I trust this recommendation! I would love the cleanse because I have chronic ulcerative colitis and am currently having a flare up...I wonder if this cleanse would help! Thanks so much for the chance to win!!! -
I've been wanting to try this cleanse for a long time. I'm a student, so I never really have the extra money to spend to try it. Ive recently been trying to eat healthier and this would be a great way to clean up my system.
