Today my local organic food co op gave away flower seed packets to celebrate. I am taking advantage of the suddenly beautiful weather to plant my balconey garden==flowers, herbs and two new greens--radiccio and bok choy. Also two tomatoes--Stupice and Black cherry. Can't wait to see what flowers I got! Happy Birthday Gaia!

Happy Earth Day to you too! :)
I'll be out and about with my little boy (he's 3-y-o) on Saturday - we'll be walking everywhere. He's really good about walking long disatances or, if it really is too far to walk the whole way, we take a bus. He also loves helping to sort the recycling and tidy up the garden, so we'll do some of that too. :)
