I am so grateful for the support Kaeng Raeng has given The Kind Life. I also appreciate how affordable they make their cleanses. Kaeng Raeng won't tax your wallet or your cravings.
The strawberry one is pretty darn tasty. I've tried it a few times and added soymilk, a stick of cinnamon, and frozen strawberries. Yum!

I need HELP and ADVICE! :-/ I'm a college student and sometimes stressed out... I'm also on a low-dosage birth-control pill which I take daily... I recently switched over to flirting A LOT of vegetarian foods and life-changing styles of eating better and healthier! I personally feel so much better BUT my skin is acting STRANGE!!!!!! I keep getting 3-5 pimples, zits, acne (whatever you call these nasty buggers) and it's always there. My skin used to be SO clear and now not so much, I just want to cry!!!! :-( My boyfriend says it's really not THAT bad BUT then again I do not want it to get worse! How can I prevent it from getting worse?? Any tips? Home remedies? I feel like I'm defeated because I've already tried a lot of different things! PLEASE HELP! and THANK-YOU!!!! :-/

In gradeschool, I was as atheltic as jello.I was the kid who found an injured bird to help or wrote poems during recess. I never thought much about being active or what I put in my body. Growing up in Texas, we enjoyed a southern menu, which usually involved red meat. Oddly enough, it wasn't until my 20's that I really made the connection between wellness and diet. Now that I am a newlywed, I've gained 15 pounds on my 5 ft body, and I am constantly tired and achy. We try to avoid fast food and make meals at home, but I know if we don't make drastic changes, we will set a bad precedent for our future family. I used to think being food savvy was only for the Olympian or cheerleader. The truth is, it should apply to the couch potato just as much. I don't know where to start. I would appreciate the opportunity to try Kaeng Raeng cleans, because you could not find a more grateful applicant. Thank you for your inspirational insight! Blessings, Heather

$10/packet doesn't sound that affordable to me, and I don't see anything in the ingredients that couldn't come from a green powder and hemp protein smoothie for 1/5 the price.

I've been trying to kick the cravings for sweets but I'm not having much luck. I've read a few reviews on your cleanse and would be absolutely delighted to get the chance to try it. My system could use a cleanse and the benefits from it. Thank you for this opportunity to try to win a 3-Day Beginner program. :)

My husband and I both made the decision to go vegan following a doctors visit. He highly recommended a plant based diet to prevent furture heart problems- which are hereditary on my husbands side. A cleanse would be a great kick off!

Hi! Over the past couple of months my boyfriend and I have made the decision to move in together. This decision and spurred several conversations about how we want to live our life together. Up to date this has been the biggest decision we have made as a unit, followed by our decision to partake in a vegan lifestyle. Since we've had this talk, both of us have begun doing our research as to why being vegan is the right choice for us. Amongst the health benefits, one of the big reasons is that we will be reducing our carbon foot print. One of the changes we have incorporated up to date, is less use of the car for him (only to and from work), while I walk or bike everywhere. We're looking to find a place that is situated close to an organic market, where we purchase our fruits and veggies from local farmers, to help support our local industry. This seemingly simple decision has affected the many decision we make on a daily basis. For instance, were we to get a pet, the plan would be to volunteer at a shelter for several months before and adopting from a shelter rather then jumping in feet first and buying. I feel like this detox is part of the plan for us, to help continue with our committment to this lifestyle.

I was so thrilled to see the Kaeng Raeng cleanse offer back again! The last time you posted it I went and did some research on it and seriously considered going against my pocketbook to try it--but the pocketbook won!
This summer marks my 10 year anniversary of being vegetarian and I'm so excited about that! I went vegetarian when I was 15 years old and never looked back. I can't wait until the day when I can say I've been vegetarian longer than I was a meat-eater! I was vegan for about a year a few years ago, but admit that while I did it for the right reasons, I approached it the wrong way and eventually gave up. I've been reading The Kind Diet this month and it has blown me away already! The relaxed yet encouraging nature of the book and its approach to veganism has inspired me to start anew on a plan that works for my mind, body, and soul as well as the planet and animals.
I would love to try this cleanse as a method of kick-starting this transformation. I think the cleanse would truly help my body rid itself of toxins and allow me the foundation to revitalize my health and body.

I have wanted to try this cleanse for almost a year! Despite its comparatively reasonable cost, it is still a little beyond my means. I work in a production facility on a compressed schedule, which means I work 4am-4:30pm, 3-4 days a week. I have been a vegan for two years now (thanks to The Kind Life!), but I still find it hard to maintain inner balance with this "bipolar" sort of work schedule. During the workdays, I am too often constipated and just don't feel well, despite eating a healthy vegan diet. I think that a cleanse is in order to reset my system.

So I am a little behind on my response, and I just joined the forum so that I could respond. I really want to do this cleanse, however I do have a few concerns. One being that when I get hungry, I am VERY grouchy, shaky, and so on. The second concern is that I am fairly active and try to walk, do yoga, and am committed to a Pilates class that I pre pay for at the beginning of each month. Will I be okay to be somewhat active as I do the cleanse? It would be great to get some insight from someone who has done the cleanse before. Thanks!

I am a grad student and have recently been trying out the vegan lifestyle. I am committed to becoming healthier because there are a lot of health problems in my family and I want to do what I can to prevent myself from getting diabetes and heart disease. I am in the process of figuring out what foods are best to eat and how to get all of the recommended values of the essential nutrients in my diet. Kaeng Raeng sounds like something I would definitely like to try. I think it could help get the toxins out of my body and get me back on the right track and feeling healthy. I am really happy I stumbled upon your blog!

This is right up my alley. I've been a dedicated vegetarian for eleven years and a recent vegan convert. I've been eyeing Kaeng Raeng's cleanses for a while now and would love to get the opportunity to try them!

I would love to try out Kaeng Raeng because I wanna switch to a vegan lifestyle to fight against my hormone desease and of couse to not harm animals again. I think a cleanse is the perfect way to prepare my body for my new lifestyle and to get all the bad stuff out of my body...causing from my unhealthy diet.

I did the Kaeng Raeng clease at the begining of the year, and it was phenomenal. I'm hoping to do a summer cleanse so I can feature it on my blog. The good news should be spread! Thanks for all you do, Alicia!

I would love to try it because I've been easing my way into being vegan and I think this would be perfect for helping me go all the way! I think it would be great to flush all the yucky stuff out of my body.

I would love to do a cleanse. I am just starting to try to clean up my diet (which is hard as a wife and mother of three boys) and can use all the help I can get! Thx!
-
Would love to win this cleanse...as I am vegetarian and still feeling gunky....would like something to help transition to an all vegan diet. -
I would love to win a vegan cleanse. I have been a vegan for about 3 months now and am beyond committed to this lifestyle. I would love to cleanse the animal products from my body and have a fresh start. I already feel amazing eating vegan, and I am confident that I would feel even more so after trying this product.

I would so love to win this! I was recently diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and have been reading up a lot on nutritional healing. Though I have been a vegetarian for years, I haven't been as healthy as I'd like, and I'm using my diagnosis as an opportunity to make my health my priority. What a great way to kick start a healthier me! :)

I'll be celebrating my one year "vegan-versary" this month and a cleanse would be a great way to celebrate and maybe get to superhero status.
-
I really would love to win this I read your book and it has changed my life I am new to all this a couple months in and am feeling great and having so much fun!

Thank you for the chance. I have been vegetarian for 3 and a half years and am transitioning to vegan. My husband and I have discussed wanting to start our family the end of this year or early 2013 and I want my body and mind to be the healthiest it can be before we embark on making a new life. I have never done a cleanse but feel as though it would really jumpstart this next step of my health. Thanks!
