Congratulations Alicia! I am so excited to try the line! Since reading your book, The Kind Diet - (which has become the "go-to" book for most everything in my house, I've been totally vegan. You were my inspiration for creating allrecipesvegan.com and I absolutely love, love, LOVE learning more about living the "kind" life.
I owe you so much, you have no idea. I feel great, look better (if I do say so myself)! And I owe much of it to you. Thank you SO much for writing your book, and continuing with your blog. It helps so many people - including me!
Sincerely, Lisa (AllRecipesVegan.Com)

Very nice collection! I read all the ingredients, and I am impressed! I make my own bath and beauty products for personal use now, and I use to have my own bath and beauty business on a very, very small scale. So I am very familiar with all the natural ingredients and their various benefits.
Florida put me out of business, lol, with all their red tape (homecrafting cosmetics in the home for sale is not allowed here). My stuff was probably more sanitary than most factories, especially the ones overseas! I always sanitized everything with alcohol (good because it evaporates in the air), never cross contaminated my ingredients, and always wore gloves. Not to mention many, many cosmetic companies started in the home: Burt's Bees, Mary Kay, Estee Lauder are just a few famous ones, even if they are not ecofriendly, they got their roots from the home and others should have the same chances too! However, it worked out for me because I just started homeschooling my son in kindergarten, so that makes life easier for me.

I can't wait to try out your liine! All your products looks amazing. Would you be developing a cleanser for oily skin to add to the collection? I'm not sure if the orginal cleanser would do the trick for my skin or not, but it's worth a shot!

So far, I have the lipstick, which is wonderful, although I would like it in a darker shade as well. I plan on buying the entire collection, a little at a time. I've used Clinique since 1991 for my sensitive skin and rosacea. My mom and I shared Clinique until she passed away in 2001. I continued to use it until recently, when I found out that Estee Lauder, along with several companies, started selling in China, where it is a law to test on animals. I'm slowly making the transition to new products, so Alicia, you're helping me SO much!! I wish your line had everything, like eyeliner, concealer, sunblock, everything. Any suugestions??

I admire what Alicia does with regard to promoting health, and I'm certain that these products are vastly superior on that basis. Perhaps we will all learn to get along without quite so many cosmetic products in the future. Whatever happened to authenticity and simplicity?
