my delicious dinner at jean georges
When I was in NYC recently, I had dinner with a my new friend Joel , and my friend Doug at a restaurant called Jean Georges .
First off, the maitre d', Alex Wolf, happened to be vegan! How great is that? The main dude at a super fancy pants restaurant is vegan! Anywho, Jean Georges made the most lovely vegan tasting menu, and the dessert was wonderful too. It was a great meal! I'll be going back there for sure.
I highly recommend it if you find yourself in New York. It's definitely a special occasion kind of place, so go there when you've got something to celebrate!

Oh man my birthday just passed (next year- I guess!) Speaking of awesome fancy pants restaurants. I highly recomment Blue Hill Stone Barns (the one in westchester). I had an 8 course tasting menu and they were super accomadating of Vegans. Best meal I have ever had! It is expensive but well worth it!

so jealous! we have nothing like this in Ft Wayne indiana. but we do have a great little Vegan Cafe, so I guess I shouldnt whine too much. ;)

I wish we lived in an area where there are more vegan or vegan friendly restaurants! Maybe someday there will be.

This is such perfect timing!! My son's preschool auction is next week and Jean Gorges donated pre-fixe dinner for four! I wonder if he'd let me do a vegan meal!

Oh wow! That looks delicious, I'm hoping to visit NYC this summer...a long trip but I've always wanted to go. All of you are so cute in the video haha.
