I have pretty much made alot of the recipes in the book and they are very good,I like the sqaush, The Kobucha squash is now my favorite, it use to be the acorn. i ave made it a weekly thing to eat it. I really enjoy being vegan and it has helped my diabetes alot, I don't try to eat alot of desert, but every now and then I have to have chocolate But i go for a vegan version of that now and most of the ones I have found have the good sugar in them and my numbers don't go up. And i have lost 15 pounds since becoming a vegan, I don't know why I did not do it sooner. If you have not tried the squash you should it is so good.

here but it was hard to get here. vegan is really hard if you are on the road all the time and cannot have any gluten. any suggestions? Whats for dinner besides the same old rice beans and greens. i really like those things but it gets old and those are the things that are really affordable. It is really easy to fall off the lifestyle.

This is my first time doing a live chat.
Just wanted to say that by August 1st while will have been vegan for one year and I feel great. I read your book and checked out the Dr. McDougal references. Between the two of you, I am well on my way to better help. Thanks for your inspiration. Love your website and getting kindlife reminders each day.
