I think it's great that you did this live chat :) I really enjoyed it! I also swear by this chart http://www.vegetarian.org.uk/guides/motherandbaby/female-fertility-pregnancy-foods.html which I have printed out and stuck to my fridge. I am thinking of trying for a baby. Luckily, I eat most of the foods on the chart already! :-)
