I know how hard it is to stay healthy over the holidays. It's tough to resist temptation, stay active, and maintain your healthy kind diet with holiday parties, and cookies and chocolate everywhere!

No need to beat yourself up. Jumpstart a healthier new year and new you with a vegan cleanse from Kaeng Raeng.

I am so grateful for the support Kaeng Raeng has given The Kind Life. Without them we would have a very hard time running this site and sharing with all of you Kind Lifers out there. I also appreciate how affordable they make their cleanse. So many cleanses out there are ridiculously expensive. Kaeng Raeng's won't tax your wallet or your cravings.

The strawberry one is pretty darn tasty. I've tried it a few times and added soy milk, a stick of cinnamon, and frozen strawberries. Yum!

I'll let Kaeng Raeng give you some more details:

Kaeng Raeng is a nutritional meal replacement detox program that delivers results without sacrificing taste, convenience, quality, or your sanity. Kaeng Raeng helps to peel off pounds, relieve bloating, improve digestion, boost immunity, enhance energy, and give you that natural glow. It's totally vegan, gluten free, caffeine free, and sustainable!

Just drink one meal replacement pouch 3 times per day for 3 or 6 days. You can also eat as many raw fruits and vegetables as you want! Get great results without fasting or stimulants. Each pouch contains more than a full serving of fruit and fiber, 15g of lean non-GMO protein, 2 billion live probiotic cultures, essential amino acids, and daily vitamins.

Kaeng Raeng is a safe, simple, filling, and delicious detox program you can't miss.

To help jumpstart your new year, Kaeng Raeng is offering Kind Life readers 20% off a detox program with coupon code KINDLIFE20 at kaengraeng.com. The deal expires January 12 at 11:59PM PST so don't wait too long to make your resolution.

Want to try it first? Individual trial packets make 32 fl oz and cost just $7.

Check out the full length commercial here.

Best of all, we're giving away one 3-day detox cleanse program to one lucky Kind Lifer! To enter to win, all you have to do is leave a comment below telling us why YOU want to try a vegan cleanse.

Start off 2012 looking and feeling fantastic!

*UPDATE: We have chosen our winner! Congrats Holly!*

I bought the Kind Diet and am very intrigued by living a vegan lifestyle, however I am having a hard time getting started. I feel as though this would be perfect for helping me pursue a vegan diet and a healthy lifestyle!

I live in London. At Whole Foods in the Whole Body area (supplements and natural body care) I would love to try this product so we could maybe get it over here. There are lots of products we get from the states and this could be a great one as we dont have lots of vegan products. I would really like to try it.

im not going to lie, i did let myself slip during the holidays but not in a major way. i treated myself to desserts that had philly cheese and what not. However, i still didnt touch any meat(this is the first year in many years i DiD NOT have a turkey sandwich). I am proud of myself and definately back in order, and living the healthy life we all deserve: meat and dairy free (:

I would love to try this vegan cleanse! ill keep my fingers crossed for the win (:

Why would I like to try a vegan cleanse? Several reasons. Although I've eaten vegetarian for the past few years, I still felt incomplete. Like, I wasn't doing enough somehow. And not just for myself, but for the planet and her inhabitants. I recycle, use canvas bags, efficiently heat and cool my home, etc, etc. But still...

After reading several books on the subject, The Kind Diet being one, I knew the choice to eat vegan was right for me. I resolved to begin this new year with a greater respect for myself, humankind and the animal kingdom. I'm ready to purge any remaining toxins from my body and soul.

      I'm ready.

To the disbelief of family and friends as off the 1st of January 2012, i went from being a huge meat and dairy lover to a Superhero Vegan!! I am a 27 year old male from Scotland who was diagnosed with "Chronic-Pancreatitus" a little over a year ago after six years of excruciating pain and doctors unable to find the cause! I spent six weeks in hospital after recieving a "whipple procedure" and a further six months at home in recovery. Alicia's book and site has really opened my eyes to a new way of life for me and my body and after only four days i feel reborn already. This cleanse would help me greatly as i am limited with meal ingreidients as many veggies you guys get in the states are not sold in Scottish supermarkets here and i only get the farmer's market once a month. Happy New Year to allsmiley-wink.gif

I have wanted to try this product since I first heard about it, however at this point in my life I can barely afford the $7 dollar sample let alone the whole cleanse. I'm a nursing student and I'll be starting my LAST semester this January, doing this cleanse will help clear my body of all those holiday slip ups and get my head cleared for what I'm sure will be a crazy semester.

I just finished my MBA and need to get my life back! I have started exercising and eating better so I can get healthier and lose the weight I have gained these last 4 years. Between work and night school, I didn't have time to be healthy. I am making up for lost time and would love to use this product!!!

I became a vegan almost two years ago, within days after reading the Kind Life. I was having stomach and pancreas issues, but since I have given up meat and dairy, those issues have virtually disappeared. I had given up red meat 6 years previously, then gave up eating mammals, and finally poultry and fish followed not only after the book, but after watching Food, Inc. This cleanse seems like a perfect way to detox my body of any harmful sugars that might be left behind after the holiday snacking.

I've been vegetarian previously and it slowly moved to veganism. I have recommended for my mum to do a vegan diet because she has been unhappy with her weight and cholesterol, and I want nothing more than for her to try something like this detox and hopefully feel a lot more lighter and happier, because I love my mumma to bits! Also this seemed like the best opportunity for her to make a good impact on her life to introduce something new and be happy within her skin. :)

I want to try your cleanse, but I tried a cleanse once and had a horrible experience & wasted a lot of money. I need to get healthy!! I am 33 & both of my parents are very unhealhty. My Mom is 60 & has the health of an 85 yr old & I am scared to fall into the same fate. I refuse to! So I have been making some changes. I recently began excercising & started making changes to the way I eat & live... all in an effort to be a healthier, happier me! I also just got engaged on 1/1!! & my fiancee & I want to have a baby & I want to be at my healthiest & best before I began that journey. Anyway, I'm babbling. Bottom line, I would love to try the cleanse & would certainly rave about it & recommend it if it is everything your site says it is =)

I've never tried a cleanse, I've always been curious to try one but haven't been able to take the plunge. I'm flirting with a vegan diet and really love how it makes me feel. After battling through some allergies to dairy and yeast I think this just might be the next step in healing. There's a ton of interesting women on here talking about trying Kaeng Raeng, lets do this ladies!
