vamps screening in nyc
For all of you New Yorkers, or anybody who's going to be in the area, you're all invited to the big screen debut of Vamps, the film I did with Amy Heckerling from Fast Times At Ridgemont High and Clueless. I really love Amy and the movie, and Krysten Ritter is in it. Also, I'm going to be there!
The screening is at BAM, Saturday, April 7th at 6:50pm with a Q&A with Amy following. You can buy tickets HERE. This is a festival, not the official release of the film -that comes next!

My husband was actually on the set for a part of this movie! :) They filmed the historical part at The Henry Ford Village, where he worked essentially as a farmer. At the end of his shift, they said Vamps was being shot that night and they would need someone in period clothes to help with the horses....so he might have made it in the film! :)
He says that he and Katie (the horse Alicia was with) say hi!! :)
It was shortly after this that we found "The Kind Diet". He wished we would have known earlier so he could thank Alicia in person! :) This book and website really have meant a lot for us - thanks!! :)

Ohh I wish I could go!!! I'd love to see you! I'm going to be in Boston for a wine tasting though :( NYC is just a few hours away from me. I'm so looking forward to this movie though =]
