The first step to clearing your skin is following a superhero diet. After that, it’s important to make sure the products you’re using aren’t irritating your skin or contributing to breakouts.
If you are in need of a gentle cleanser and moisturizer, or think the products you’re using may be causing skin problems, try my Juice Beauty cleanser and moisturizer! I’m giving away one of each to one lucky kind lifer.
Watch me try them out in this video:
With any product you use, it’s so important to look for all natural ingredients. These products are made from pure organic fruit juices and the most yummy-sounding ingredients. My healing chamomile cleanser is made with organic apple juice, organic aloe leaf juice, champagne grape seed oil, passion flower, and white tea leaf. My moisturizer contains organic apple juice, organic aloe leaf juice, organic shea butter, organic acai berry, champagne grapeseed oil, passion flower, organic cranberry seed oil, organic cucumber extract, organic sunflower oil, organic avocado oil and sweet almond oil.
Wouldn’t these make excellent Christmas gifts?

Oh my best beauty tips...Well, I love to make homemade scrubs for the face and body- you can use whatever you have on hand. I like a honey/sea salt scrub for the face and a coconut oil/sea salt/molasses combo for the body. They are so yummy and they leave your skin feeling so soft and pampered:) I use them after I wash my face and/or take a shower- scrub gently, leave on for a few minutes, then rinse off with cool water. I also use coconut oil as a moisturizer, deep conditioning hair treatment, lip balm- the list is endless! And for those stubborn areas like the feet and heels that can get really dry in the winter time? Castor oil! Simply slather it on and then put on a pair of socks before bedtime. I guarantee that when you wake up, your feet will look and feel ten years younger! Just be careful not to get it on your sheets, as it can stain;) Enjoy! :)

ClearPores Acne Treatment - http://www.clearpores.com/ct/99781 great results in quick time. this helped me reduce the signs of my acne in time for my brothers wedding! -
I don't make things too complicated but what works best for me is a drop of tea tree essential oil on a hot rag and throughly cleanse and wash my face, then lather cold pressed coconut oil for moisture and a hint of yummy coconut smell! I just love it! -

I like to make my own facial scrubs with oils and fruits like blueberries and my secret ingredient is a touch of paprika - it increases the blood flow to the surface of your skin bringing all kinds of nutrients to the outer layers of your skin. Plus it leaves you with a lovely fresh glow! -

I tend to have slightly acne prone skin, but I have been in a daily habit of juicing a bunch of veggies and fruits every morning after my workout. It has been tremendously helpful in not only in clearing up my problem areas, but also making my skin look healthier. I currently use Burt's Bees acne products also. -
Hello! In order to keep my skin looking healthy and fresh, I like to drink water with lemon, green tea, and eat very healthy plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit! I also juice my vegetables and fruit as well! Sleep is important, I wash my face with natural cleaner... and above all feeling positive and laughing with my daughter! =) -
Hydrate from the inside out - drink enough water. Heal from the inside out - eat well every day and sleep long every night. And I keep it pure and simple by moisturizing with plain organic jojoba oil.
Happy holidays, everyone! -
Never rub your face dry either gently pat or let your face air dry. Use your pinky finger only around the eye when applying creams or concealers. Green tea, organic veggies, and organic fruits are your best friends! Try eating a little bit of dark chocolate once a week, but it has to be at least 80% and organic! :-) Merry Christmas everyone! -
I love the ingredients that you have listed in your products! Sounds like something I would want to eat! That is a good thing to put on your skin.
Since reading your book, I started doing the dry brushing. It makes me feel energized before hitting the shower or bath. It has to be all that stimulation from the dry brushing. Then I use a cream with a little bit of apricot oil which is good for tightening the skin. I get it at my health food store in the lotion/oil area and it is food grade. I love the way my skin drinks in the moisture. I live in a high dessert and I feel the dryness so I try to use natural products and moisturize at least 2 - 3 times a day. -

I can say that ever since I changed to a vegan diet & started drinking more water my skin has gotten a better. I've tried all sorts of cleansers & medication, but have never had clear "good" facial skin. I've been battling with sensitive combination skin all my life. One touch on my face & I break out. I remember getting my first pimple at 15 & I'm still fighting with my facial skin after 18 years. -
Avoiding dairy and all dairy products is what made the biggest difference in my skin! As well as all the nasty fast food and junk food products with tons of hidden sugar and refined flour. Greens and whole grains do wonders! In terms of skin care I have found that the simplest products yield the best results. For me, thats Dr. Bronners face wash and jojoba oil as moisturizer, serioulsy saved my skin!! -

Gua Sha with a teaspoon on my face after applying moisturizer at night gives me a healthy glow when I wake up then next AM =) I also avoid parabens/sls. -
I think we all know that plenty of water and a good vegan diet is one of the most important things we can do for our skin, but I also think that using products that are free from chemicals and other bad ingredients is just as important. It wish more people would realize the importance of that! -
I agree that diet is the key to great skin! When I first went vegan my skin went crazy, but then it cleared and became radiant. In the past two years I have received many complements on my complexion- and most of that is due to what I eat (or more importantly, what I don't eat!)
I think it is also important to choose skin care products that do not clog your pores and that do not have irritating chemicals in them. -
Sleep, water and exercise are the three best things for not only your skin, but your health and happiness but whenever you say that, people always back-shelf these methods. There's not really a quick fix for perfect skin though unfortunately! -

My favorite things to do to keep my skin clear and clean is to add about 1 to 2 teaspoons of baking soda to my cleanser twice a week for a gentle exfoliant. The other thing you can do it sprinkle a little bit of turmeric in your cleanser a couple times a week. This helps to clear all the bacteria off your skin. Also, drink lots of water. -
My best skincare tip is to get enough sleep and drink enough water! It seems simple, but it's so important! -
Hi everyone,
My tip is born of a cautionary tale ... this past fall I had a series of surgeries to remove an early melanoma - a mole just, just!, below my left eye. A bit scary, mostly because it's a)my head b)so near my eye c)cancer, and a kind that runs in my family. I started using simpler, organic moisturizer - to minimize unnatural elements being absorbed into my skin - and wearing SPF religiously (I used to wear it on summer days, but now, even cloudy and rainy ones - and I live on the Atlantic coast, so there are a lot of those!) I even bought a sunhat! This is one place that the Old Hollywood glamour holds true: those women protected their skin from the sun.
The other tip I'd have? Laugh lines are wonderful - embrace them. They're the sign of a happy life, not "wrinkles" to be "erased"! -
I put my eyeliner in the fridge and then apply it. It goes on so much better and seems to stay on longer if it is cold. Sound strange :-), but it really works. -
I try to drink a lot of water and I always use a moisturizer with spf on my face. Sometimes I use baby oil with shea butter as soon as I get out of the shower because it helps my skin hold extra moisture. It smells really good and since it's made for babies, I know it won't be harsh on my skin. I know there's a natural line, so I'd like to give that a try in the future. -
Hi everyone, I went straight from teenage acne into adult acne (face, back and chest)I also deal with dermatitis around my mouth and chin. Been through many many treatments. I have seen an improvement with the kind diet, I'm not a consistent Superhero (yet) but it makes perfect sense. Eat good, feel good, make better decisions, handle stress better, less breakouts.
The tip I have is to not over do it. It is very easy to scrub, scrub, scrub thinking you're getting all the deep dirt and oil on your skin, but in a lot of cases it causes more harm than good. Also, and no one wants to admit to it, but no picking! It spreads the bacteria and irritates the area. We're so used to doing it you have to be aware and tell yourself to leave it alone.
Most of all do your best to be optimistic. It's so easy to define yourself by the spots and scars. You are not dirty you are beautiful spots and all.
