my favorite movie with females would be either Bridesmaids or Romy and Michelles High School Reunion -
My pick is caught between Thelma and Louise and Beaches. They both portray a woman's ability to be loyal regardless of everything going on or how long they've been apart. These films show both the ups and downs of friendship, but the unconditional love for a friend is there through thick and thin. -
I'd say my fav would have to be beaches with bettie midler ( i know I can't spell) it was a friendship I never really had but always wantied , a friendship that make's it though so much and still stay's strong ( you gotta love that) I remember with my babystiter ( for me when I was like 8) would watch the movie over and over agein and cry I didnt really understand till I was about 20 then it all made sense . there was something more then just friendship it was love that was amazing I hope that I can see that agein in another movie. -

For a Good Time, Call. This movie is such a great idea, the bond between the main characters is refreshing plus it is based on a true story which only adds to the awesomeness of the friendship between the two. -

Ghost World is one of my favorite movies about female friendship. Clueless is also a very fun movie about Female Friendship. -
My favorite friendship movie is the first wives club they lose touch but when they get together again its as if they never stopped being friends. They fought with each other cried together talked about memories and stuck together if thats not true friendship then i dont know what else would be -
Absolutely my favorite movie in general is "Clueless." I really loved how Amy Heckerling bordered the trifecta of rich girls with hearts of gold. Any other film could have totally failed on this attempt. Cher and De instantly wanted to "adopt" Tai and welcome her into their group. Yes, there were reservations, but any other movie would have totally made this a "girl-war" situation. The trio of Cher, Dionne and Tai showed the ups and downs of friendship, something that is not lost based on class. Yes, they were rich, but the problems, funny times, and banter they showcased in the film were extremely universal, and a strong demonstration of Heckerling's power to make any setting instantly relatable - whether rich Beverly Hills teens, suburban mall rats, or dazzling vamps. -

My favorite one would be "WENDY AND LUCY".
I know that lucy is a dog but in my opinion animals can sometimes be even better friends than human beings. I think its the best movie about friendship because they only have each other and their lost without the other one. I really love this film! -

My favorite movie about female friendship is 'Sex and the city', mainly because if your husband to be does not come to the wedding, you can't really get throught that situation by yourself. It's amazing how the girls are there for Carrie and help her to find happiness again. xx -

My favorite movie about female friendship would have to be "Now and Then." I grew up watching this movie and can see me and my 3 best friends from childhood in each of the characters. This movie was about their relationships with each other as well as their families and as you watch you see how much they are there for each other and support each other starting from a young age. I think what I love most about this movie is that you see them come together as they enter new phases of their life and find that the bond they had as children is still present.
