When I blogged about my yummy tempeh tacos, a lot of people commented and asked where I got that cute plate with the word 'vegan' embossed in it.
There is a store on Etsy called Vegan Dish that sells a bunch of really cute handmade dishware that is all labeled vegan! Check out some of their stuff. I like their bowls too. I have been using them for years!
Where do you get your dishes from?

Eowynka: Is Belguim Vegan-friendly? Interested in moving to Europe and Belguim was on my list of places that I'm interested in.

Yay! I live in Atlanta and actually purchased one of these mugs at a Vegan bake sale, but didn't know who made them! So glad Alicia posted the Etsy store... Here's my blog about the mug I bought! I was so happy to have the cute mug and I love drinking my coffee with almond milk in it! http://veganvaladventures.blogspot.com/2011/03/mug-full-of-happy.html

This is great for bringing to potlucks. I usually put a little sign so that other people with allergies or who are veg can know they are able to eat my dish.

I LOVE these dishes! I have one and it appears in a lot of my blog photos. I really want the set of 4 but it is kind of pricey. One day it will be mine though!

I love etsy too!
And there is 15% off for fellow kind-lifers until the end of July at many shops, including: www.etsy.com/shop/greenritual using the coupon code: KINDCANDLES. Vegan, cruelty-free, beautiful...:)

I bought most of my dishes at Crate and Barrel and have had them for years...simple and white. They are very durable. I also have bought some really cute dishes at Target.
I LOVE the dishes above. It would be fun to have a few of them :-)

Awesome design but $18-26 for each piece is a bit steep for me at present. I totally support the indie designer when I can, just not right now. =)

These are pretty in all the pastel colors tipped in white...remind me of a more gently Fiesta Ware.

my dishes and bowls come from the department store...they are decorated with sky blue around the edges, with yellow, pink, and blue flowers, with green leaves...this design and colors match my homemade curtains...lol

My favorite dishes EVER come from a tiny company called Liscom Hill Pottery in Northern California. They are featured in a few California galleries and but I catch them every year at the Pumpkin Festival in Half Moon Bay, though they also frequent a couple other festivals and events during the year in Northern California.
They have much more available than what's on their galley here, from butter keepers and honey pots (not that the Kind Group would be using that!) to spounge holders, noodle bowls, etc!.
They are a little groovy and hippy with their glazes but in person, they are really beautiful-- I absolutly love them!

I love how those dishes celebrate being vegan! Yay!!
Kudos to my fellow Etsy seller :) I have a custom cartoon character stationery store there too if anyone is interested. I put my link below. Etsy is the best. They really make it easy for creative people to get their products out there.

More tasteful that a post it note with VEGAN scrawled on it when serving a variety of vegan and non-vegan foods at a party!

Thank-you soooo much....I, too, fell in love w/the plate you had previously shown in a food image! I am definitely going to get a few pieces. All my dishware is white so I think maybe a couple of bowls or a mug in a fun color would be perfect....thanks again for sharing the info......d
