I made the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups last night and not only were they a hit with my family, but my co-workers loved them as well!

Pictures!

I did make a slight change. Instead of the "Maple Sugar or Other Granulated Sweetener" I used 2 tbsp of Agave Nectar but it didn't seem to effect the texture at all.

They look great!
I only bake gluten free so I need to think of a replacement for the graham crackers before I make some.

I too eat gluten free (most of the time), these look great though! My mother in law bought the book just for them! Haha! She is a vegan too!

@MandeeS I know that there are gluten free graham crackers out there, but you could also try using ground up gluten free cookies - like gluten free ginger snaps - or maybe just leave them out all together.

I'm not sure how that would affect the consistency, but it may be worth it to try it.
