Hi from Colorado

Hi everyone! I'm Jenna. I live in Colorado with my husband and 2-year old boy, who was a very lucky heart transplant recipient a year ago. I work as a CNA in a pediatric hospital and am working on school to become a nurse. I quit meat just a month ago - we had been dabbling for awhile in just eating it less frequently or just eating buffalo. I think cutting out dairy is going to be a work in progress. I'm excited to finish reading the book to learn more and to get to know you all!
