Hi. I thought maybe Los Angeles people could share some of their favorite places, recipes, shopping, etc. A favorite place of mine is Hugo's in Studio City. I just had breakfast there today; definitely a "kind" restaurant with organic, GF, Vegan, Veg. etc. recipes right down to the drinks.

I had a great Vegetarian day today; the only dairy I had was my Danactiv drink this morning. (I just bought it but I didn't want to waste it...) Otherwise, I had the "Hearty Bean Stew" for dinner with Kale; I had rice, tomatos, greenbeans and squash for lunch; and for breakfast I had granola with soy milk. Yum!

try California Vegan on Sunset - they serve a curry bowl out of an empty coconut! Their faux chicken nuggets are bomb and they have a vegan banana spring roll a' la mode worth paying for and destroying with a fork.

Sun Power Cafe on Cahuenga in Studio City is GREAT! I also love Cinnamon is Eagle Rock as they are vegan friendly. They are having an anniversary party all weekend on The 24 & 25th. I will be doing the vegan baking for the event!
