Hi All! So I stumbled upon this website and I am in LOVE. :)
I stopped eating red meat and poultry about a year ago, and I am very interested in becoming vegan. However, I'm not sure if it will be a stressful addition to my three existing health-related goals, all to be met in the next 4 months or so:
1) Training for my first half marathon (end of January) 2) Losing about 20 pounds so that I can better... 3) ...prepare my body for trying to have my first baby.
Please share your opinions/suggestions! Am I making a mountain out of a molehill?
I think veganism is a great addition to those goals. It shouldn't add any stress to achieving those goals, because you will feel SO MUCH better and have tons ore energy. Have you read The Kind Diet yet?
