In my last Vegetarian Times, there was this great photo of a dish, but I couldn't find the recipe! My page 80 had been torn out by some unscrupulous page-snatcher, but I persevered and found the recipe on the VT website. Vegan if you either don't make the yogurt sauce, or use a dairy alternative. I eat little dairy, but I made an exception and mixed the yogurt with a little of the curry-veggie broth, some lemon juice, and some chopped cilantro and green onion. My version of a Mexican-ish raita. :) It was so yummy, I had family try it that either (1) didn't like cauliflower or (1) didn't like curry, and everyone loved it!
