Just curious, if anyone can recommend Veggie restaurants in the OC area? Thanks! By the way, I have followed "The Kind Diet" now for almost a week and my headaches are gone!!! I didn't realize how much sugar was affecting me. I feel great!

My favorite vegan/vegetarian restaurants in Orange County are Veggie Grill (a couple locations in Irvine), Native Foods (locations in Costa Mesa, Aliso Viejo and coming soon to Tustin).

Gypsy Den has decent veggie/vegan options too. They are in Costa Mesa.

ok, - Bodhi Tree in Huntington Beach is really really good. Go shopping @ Mother's market in HB and you'll be turned onto some really cool concoctions at the Deli. they are scientists in there. I would also recommend The Veggie Grill in Irvine, and the Green House is good too. Desserts from 118 degrees.

Thanks, guys, for responding! Since I am in HB, I will try Bodhi Tree frist. Can't wait. I will also check out Mothers for lunch. Can't wait.

All the previous suggestions are great-- Whole Foods also has an amazinnnng food bar! I would also go to happycow.com to find some veggie places near you in HB!

cool, their sizzling rice with vegetables is yummy, as is their calamari spinach salad. that's me - I have never had a bad experience there with anything, give us your review when u get back (from both businesses)

If you're in Huntington Beach try The Secret Spot it's off Warner and PCH. Surfer vibe with good shakes, tofu burritos and wraps. They also have good vegan chocolate chip cookies. Keep in mind they are closed Tuesdays. :)

Native Foods is my favorite vegan restaurant. Get the portabello seitan sausage burger! So good!
