OMG! i tried bok choy for the first time today. steamed it with organic vegetable broth, cut up fresh mushrooms, onions, garlic, and then used a little sea salt to tast. Very good, and my husband loved it also.
Me too, it's a yummy crunchy-ish goodness I first "met" in sukiyaki when I used to *gasp* eat meat - now I'm lovin' it with the ume vinaigrette, lookit me! :) Bonny, your way sounds amazing too, I must do that pronto - I have some bok choy left in my fridge right now...and some left over brown rice I cooked with veggie stock..I think I hear supper callin'... :)
