Oats, chocolate protein powder (Life's Basics) and unsweetened almond milk. :)
Brown rice and a stir fry of tomatos, green onion and green pepper. Used grapeseed oil for the stir fry
A Smoothie made of spinach, one slice of pineapple, vanilla flavored soy milk, cinnamon and some agave syrup. Delish :)
Fresh carrot, berry, lemon juice with two flax seed fig waffles!
whole grain bread with banana slices and almond milk.
