Eating a big bowl of water sauteed kale with garlic, also added bragg aminos and sesame seeds! YUM!
I made a soy meatball veggie soup ....it was delish i must say!
ooh- today I went to my favorite restaurant (the only vegan one in my town) and had their Med Veg (Mediterranean Vegetable) sandwich on homemade focaccia! It is hummus, tzatziki, carrots, avocado, tomatoes and sprouts! All vegan and all awesome! I also got a slice of vegan key lime raw cheesecake- made from nuts and coconut milk! Holy Macaroni it was awesome!!!
an amazing salad we bought from a lady who crafts them from 100% farmer's market ingredients, too many veggies, sprouts and beans to name!
Today was my amazing (chopped today) salad day (hey Zach - LOL) - fresh spinach with roasted red pepper, red onion, olives, fresh artichoke, pecans, tomato, balsamic dressing...a small crusty-tender roll...yummmm...
peanut butter and jelly sandwich, organic peanut butter, homemade vegan bread and local boysenberry jelly
Some of the best falafel I've ever had in my life!! I opted for the falafel over greens with beet salad, tomato cucumber salad and red cabbage w/black sesame seeds. It from this great truck that is uses all local and organic produce:
