sweet potato/lentil stew

i made the sweet potato/lentil stew from the recipe out of the kind diet and it was DEEEELICIOUS! my boyfriend loved it too and had thirds!

I made the sweet potato/lentil stew for Sunday lunch and it was so good I had it again for supper. Served it with corn muffins and cabbage slaw. Good stuff !
