Hello,
Does anyone have any advice for me on having a greener Christmas while still celebrating the tradition of gift giving? I am looking forward to getting my children a few things from Santa but I also want to keep these things environmentally friendly, and with little or no packaging. I have 5 year old twins and am having a hard time finding gifts that fall into these categories. Thanks!

Hi, Sarah!
My 'baby' is now 15, but I've always purchased vintage/gently used toys and packaged them creatively ... or, not al all! One of my daughter's favorite play games was 'restaurant'. I purchased a vintage set of Melmac dinnerware (unbreakable) and cool, wooden play food which was used over and over again.
I passed them on or resold them when she outgrew those toys. We still use the Melmac for outdoor dining in the summer.
The possibilities are endless! Great that you are thinking of this now!!!
