Go to chooseveg.com and you can find veg-friendly restaurants in your area. I have found in my own personal experience that I can eat out anywhere vegetarian, even In-N-Out. However, eating out vegan is a little more tough, but can still be done. Italian is pretty easy with pasta, marinara sauce, and bruschetta, even vegetarian pizzas without the cheese. Chinese food has vegetables, soy sauce, and rice. Mexican food can be deceiving because beans can be cooked in lard and rice can be cooked in chicken stock, but usually burritos filled with veggies and chips and guacamole are your safest bets. And there are always salads and side dishes everywhere else. Check out Alicia's section on eating out. She's good some really good tips as well. Good luck!

That website is pretty good at finding restaurants. I tried using google to lookup stuff, but this at least has more content that I don't have to sort through to find restaurants and other places to get vegan food. Thanks for posting it!!!
