Bagel with Tofu Cream Cheese

Nothing says "Good Morning NY!" Like a whole wheat bagel with tofu cream cheese!

I love tofu cream cheese. Especially since it actually tastes good!

That is yummy stuff, just make sure they have the Tofutti with the yellow labeling, as opposed to the older blue label variety, as the yellow label is non-hydrogenated.
