I tried the cupcakes

And they were a sucess. I had to use dark chocolate for the icing because it was the only cocoa powder I had around but it was good.
I brought them for my coworkers and they approved!
i made it too with some modifications. had to use half agave and half brown rice syrup since i didn't have enough agave. also added some matcha powder and made a matcha frosting from a different book instead since i am not a huge fan of chocolate. love how easy it was to make and how moist the cupcakes turned out!
