Hey! So I seen Alicia on the rachael ray show today. I'm super curious about starting a different lifestyle. I just ordered the book and can't wait to get it and read it... A few things are running around in my head that have to do with switching to be a vegan. I have a 16 month old son and so I'm thinking...do I start eating differently just myself or do I switch my family? What do people do when going out to eat and what about family gatherings...no one in my husband's or my own family is a vegetarian. I love the thought of eating healthier food choices, but is it a huge pain to find these food items? I live in a small town and don't really want my food options to be limited or even cost more? How does one even get started doing this? Right now I am still working on losing the weight I gained from pregnancy and so I do Weight Watchers. I am interested in the losing weight idea of the kind diet. I would love to not have to count calories and worry about carbs/etc. but how does one do that? I'm sure this will all be in the book, but I am super anxious...anyone have any answers/thoughts they would like to share with me??
