Vegasaurus - in addition to edenfoods another online store for these hard to find ingredients is http://www.goldminenaturalfood.com/ i assume they can ship to canada but not sure. If only ordered from california years ago...before a whole foods opened up nearby

I've compiled and alphabatized every ingredient from the superhero meal plan and I've done a rough quantization:

1 cup ground almonds
3/4 cup almond butter
3 TS agar agar
1 apple
5 cup apple juice
6-8 dried apricots
1 oz dried arame
6 asparagus spears
4-6'' piece dried azuki beans
1/2 cup barley
1 generous hand of basil leaves
3-4 bay leaves
1 handful bean sprouts
3 large beets
5 small heads bok choy
1 stalk broccoli
1 cup brown rice
2 cup brown rice syrup
1 box brown rice crisps cereal
2 cups burdock
8 leaves napa cabbage
2 cups sliced green cabbage
1 TS drained capers
12 carrots
1 medium head cauliflower
7 stocks celery
cilantro
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cup non-dairy chocolate chip
4 cups corn kernels
2 cucumbers
1 TS currants
4-6 dandelion greens
2 TS dill
1 large fennel bulb
2 ts garlic
1 cup ginger juice
Gomashio
1/4 cup shelled hempseeds
1/4 cup dry hijiki
8 cup kabocha squash
1 head of kale
2 pc kombu
2 TS kuzu
1 leek
5 lemons
4 ts maple syrup (opt)
1 cup yellow millet
3 TS mirin
2-3 teaspoons white miso
3 packages plain mochi
1 TS maitake mushrooms
1 dried shittake mushroom
1/2 TS Dijon mustard
1 cup olive oil
4 onions
1 TS fresh orange juice
fresh parsley
2 parsnips
3 large pears halved
pear juice
1 1/3 cup peas
1/2 cup pecan halves
1/2 cup pinenuts
8 oz whole wheat penne

1/4 cup kosher dill pickles
8-10 small plums, peeled, pitted and halved
2 cups polenta
2 TS roasted or ground pumpkin seeds
1 cup quinoa
9 red radishes
1 red onion
5 romaine lettuce leaves
2/3cup sweet rice
safflower oil
6 scallions
sea salt
1 8 oz pack of seitan, sliced
2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sesame oil
4-6 shallots
2 cups shoyu
1 pint strawberries
1/3 cup soy milk
1 container soy sauce
1 TS toasted sunflower seeds
1 1/2 ts roasted seasame tahini
8 oz package tempeh
1/2 14 oz Extra Firm tofu
3 14oz blocks of firm tofu

2 TS umobeshi plum paste

Ha! I was writting to ask the same questions too! What about Nori? Is that refrigerated? What section do I look for that in?

Zach, that is incredible, thanks - now THAT's a bird's eye view of things!

I believe I've ever only see nori dried and in the Asian section of my grocery, Lea, in flat packages, but I'm heaing that there are many types, soooo... :)
