A Great Bakery

Wowsa! I can't believe there are so many great vegan bakeries in Portland &in NYC! Here in LA, there are places where you can get good vegan treats, but no 'straight up" 100% vegan bakeries that I know of! My hubby & best friend run an all-raw vegan dessert company that makes healing raw vegan cheesecakes & other desserts that are creamy like ice-cream & out of this world. You can find them at www.earthcafetogo.com online & at health food stores like Whole Foods & Erewhon, etc. I also really like the vegan brownies from Luscious Desserts...you can find them at Mother's in O.C. (same for Earth cafe desserts) & at a vegan little gift shop that just opened in the O.C. also, I'm told...:) Candy
