Spaghettini with Vegan Alfredo creamy sauce

This was an experiment and its soooooo GOOOOOOOOD!
So this is one of my own dishes i created because i love being a
Vegan and i love to cook Delicious foods that are good for you and taste good!
Hope you try this pretty easy one out, i think you will enjoy this!
Its Easy, you'll need;

1 can of Organic Coconut milk
1 small package of Organic brown mushrooms
Earth Balance

This is so good! First You Mix

In a pan, saute the mushrooms in a bit of Earth Balance
add some S&P bit of garlic fresh and when golden
add the Coconut Milk on med low simmer a bit, then
add a bit of Almond breeze or soy milk
about a cup then stir in a thickener

make a mixture of corn starch about 1 tbs, and a bit of water
mix well then add to the sauce mixture to make it creamy, still on med low heat, if its not thick enough add a bit more mixture if too thick add a bit more soy or almond breeze, make it the way you like then

add sprinkles of some Nutritional Yeast flakes
for great cheezy flavour and the secret ingredience to make it more cheezy,
Macadamia nut butter!!
Add few tbs, or more, suite to taste mix well over med low heat then
make noodles, and pour the vegan Alfredo sauce mixture
to drained pasta noodles!!

Add Salt and pepper to taste! Or cayenne.
This is so good its better than the traditional Alfredo sauce!

this sounds yummy. and pretty easy too. will have to keep it in mind as i lean way too much towards red sauce all the time.
