One of the things I missed most when I moved from vegetarian to vegan was banana bread, it is just one of those amazing morning tea treats but after a lot of research and trials I found this recipe and it is the most delicios banana bread!

Ingredients:
3 banana's mashed
1/4 cup vegan butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raw sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup all purpose flour (I prefer organic whole wheat flour)
1/2 cup self raising flour (same goes, as above)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
preheat to 180*c ( that's 356 f)
Mash banana's, butter, and sugar's to cream
add salt, baking powder and baking soda
stir in flours
bake for 35-40 minutes

I then slice and toast each piece, cut up slices of strawberries and place them on top and drizzle with maple syrup or golden syrup.

Enjoy xx
