Toasted Nori...

I have never tasted it and was wanting to know what it tasted like? I am wanting to use it to wrap things like the recipe in The Kind Diet. I am going to be trying a lot of new things.

Hey!

Well I think one of my fav foods ever is sushi and that is going to be my major problem...but the toasted nori with help with that. A good nori is rather salty and flaky. Many gorcery stores sell it but I find that in main stream stores...HEB if your from the south, Giant up north and others like them have the kind that is way to tough and hard to chew. There are many places that have asian/ oriental stores and markets and I suggest there. It is a great food and even a great snack if you like the taste as much as I do!
