couple of thoughts on this and maybe i'm wrong. first-it seems around where i live they are pushing the flue shots, mostly the h1n1, on the middle class and poor-why? second- why are the government pushing this shot on us so much-makes you wonder about the motive and what are the long term effects of these shots? I don't trust any of this. I don't trust our government. I have six kids from age 1 to 21. what do i do? what is truely in these shots? if something were to happen to any of my children i would never forgive myself-but so far i choose no shots for my family and pray it is the right decision.
Definately no shots for me and my family and I have three sons all in their 20s... we build up our immune systems with diet...like this amazing one... and vit D3 and the like. I am a respiratory therapist and have seen what the flu shot can do to people to me this is basically a scam... there is no guarantee that you won't get the flu even with the vaccine but I do know that when you take the vaccine a virus is introduced and a lot of other stuff that is harmful to the body and your immune system... nuf said... at least for me!
Please check the Forum H1N1 for more great information about the Swine flu vaccine and what's in them. Definitely do your research. My Family Dr. instructed me to NOT get the H1N1 vaccine or the Flu shot. And I'm a pregnant woman. More info on other forum site. Cheers!
Check out Dr. Mercola's web site-and sign up for his free newsletter--he has "lots" to say about the swine flu vaccine & vaccines in general.
Chloe, I love Dr. Mercola's web-site :) I, too, have never and don't plan to get any flu shots. I don't get sick very often anymore and I'm pretty sure can contribute that to not messing with my immune system by injecting chemicals into myself. I get the flu periodically, but I see it as a sign of my immune system strengthening. I aid my body's healing by rest, diet, lots of water, and other natural remedies... and maybe an occasional tylenol or ibuprofen if i can't stand it.
Oil of oregano is amazing if you've never tried it. Great for your immune system, especially the lungs (if you get bronchitis like I do, this is a savior!).
Hey Celena!! How are ya?? He's also a real character-isn't he?? :)--lots of his articles have videos where he talks about all kinds of issues. I'm not getting the shot either. I agree with everything u said :). I feel bad that i had them when i was a kid...i also had to have it for a job some years ago. I haven't taken any prescription or non-prescription over the counter stuff--in years-and i haven't gotten sick in years. I just stick to natural remedies, fasting and i eat lots of antioxidant rich foods to keep my immune system strong. It's funny--I actually had a small bottle of oregano oil--i used most of it-and then it expired so i felt bad that i had to toss out the rest. Years n' years ago--when i'd get a cold or the flu-i'd just go to the drugstore-and buy theraflu or nyquil......boy have things changed!! I wouldn't touch that junk now-even if u paid me!! ;)
Who is Dr. Mercola?? I have had an aversion to meds but don't know why. They have always seemed like to much for the body in less it was an extreme situtation.
He's an osteopathic physician, also known as a DO......check him out on Mercola.com--he gives great advice :)
Mercola is best known as founder and editor of the alternative-medicine website Mercola.com :)
