Hi Koi!!!! How ya do'in?? U're very welcome :)). Yeahh-In 2004-i did the big switcharoo-w/ my skincare & cosmetics & body stuff -when i found out about toxic ingredients that should be avoided. It's scary!! The skin is our body's largest organ-and we absorb like 60% of what we put on our skin! Whatever we put on our skin enters our bloodstream!!!! Awesome---u go girl!! Congrats!!!

And to boot, this stuff you're all mentioning is SO GREAT - and the aromas and textures and benefits and everything....no one can do it better than Mother Earth, I tell ya. Bit by bit, as I can afford it...and although, sure, some is pricey, much of this stuff is actually more affordable than I thought...I'm phasing the old stuff OUT, baby - LOL!

Indeed, Chloe-babe, it IS scary out there sometimes! O.O!

I agree with Amber Rosenstengal--Dr. Alkaitis and RMS beauty are the bomb! An absoutely beautiful website to check out (and order many organic, non-toxic goodies) is: www.saffronrouge.com. I have a love-affair with cosmetics and, like many of you have mentioned, have thrown out every toxic item I own. Have had a blast restocking my supply!

I have super sensitive skin and have literally tried everything out there...I work for Aveda, so I am a beauty product junkie and an ingredient snob- nothing toxic here! Here are my faves: Alima Pure for (mineral) makeup, ZuZu Luxe and Dr. H for mascara, Intelligent Nutrients lip balm, Ren sensitive skin cleanser and Pratima Rose Face Sunscreen SPF 30 (best sunscreen + face moisturizer ever!), Blum Naturals facial wipes for sensitive skin (when you're on the go), Deep Steep body wash and lotion- unscented. I currently switch off between Aveda Scalp Benefits shampoo and the Camomile shampoo for blonde hair along with Scalp Benefits or Smooth Infusion conditioner, but I'm looking to switch when my supply runs out, does anyone have any good suggestions for a sensitive, itchy scalp? I'm thinking about trying Intelligent Nutrients... any feedback on that line?
