Maybe, something that we can follow in order to lose weight. Afterall, it is the "the kind diet."

Hm, I think that this book and the way of life it suggests focuses more on "diet" as in: the food and beverage a person consumes (as opposed to a regimen used to lose weight).

Starting this lifestyle, if you are overweight, you'll most likely lose. The point is not to have to base your diet around calories and restriction, and instead, embrace a wholesome and natural way of eating that promotes excellent health, with a lovely little side effect of weight loss :)

I wouldn't agree that you would definitely lose weight eating this way but again I see "diet" here as a way of eating rather than weight loss. I am doing calorie counting on my own because I do need to limit my portions, no matter how healthy I eat.

There is a health forum so I'd suggest join there and ask others who are also interested in weight loss and what they are doing.
