I made Colleen Patrick-Goudreau from Compssionate cooks recipe for Garlic and Greens Soup! I used Curly Kale and it was so good. I didn't use potatoes. Its with onions, garlic,kale, vegetable broth, and pepper, and rice vinegar. My husband the meat eater loved it and wants it for Thanksgiving supper. So now thats two vegan dishes we will use for Thanksgiving! Whoo hooo!! Even better 3 out of 4 liked it. My oldest son loved it and wanted seconds. Yeah!!!
