Hello everyone---

Today is day of of my "flirting". So far, I love it! I plan on taking it further, and trying new recipes this week.

Something I was thinking about last night......how many animals can be saved by one human changing their diet to vegetarian/vegan?

Hi all,

I am so happy I found this site and your book. I have flirted with being a vegetarian for years. I finally decide to go it full steam ahead and have been Vegan for 2 weeks. The food I have made is delish since I have about 20 Veggie cook books I guess this was what I have really wanted to do.

Ya know, this is so cool - to think of how we have the power to save. Saving the animals - kinda saving ourselves, too, eh? :) I can't imagine it's easy to quantify this - but I look at it this way: We ain't even near perfect, but EVERY SINGLE decision we make to go the way of Alicia and the Kind Lifers here - be it for one meal, one day or one lifetime - at least we're not contributing to the problem for that moment, and that's a helluva good start. :) Hope that made sense!
