Denver restaurants

Does anyone know any other "vegetarian" restaurants in the Denver area besides Watercouse and City O City? Watercourse is by far my favorite restaurant ever, and if you haven't been its a must. I'm just looking to try something new. Thanks!
Have you looked at Happycow.net? It looks like Govinda's is another option. Although my choice would probably be Sweet Tomatoes, I'm a sucker for salad bar places.
Hello! There is a place that I've heard is great called Mercury Cafe. I have looked at their menu online and it does look good. It looks like it would be great for people who eat meat as well. What I have discovered is that there are a few restaurants in the area that have a couple vegetarian dishes (PF Changs for example) so I always keep those in mind.
I've been wanting to try Root Down, has a few vegan options that look/sound good. Also Red Trolley Ice Cream in that same area had a vegan chocolate "ice cream" last week... they said they are considering having a flavor all the time.
I can say that both Root Down and Red Trolley are fantastic. I LOVE Root Down!
any high rockies places y'all can suggest? i live up in vail and it's too frustrating to not have many options. yes, terra bistro in vail is fantastic but...
