Adding a Profile Picture

Does anyone have a clue on how to do this? I am having some trouble figuring it out.
Click 'Edit My Profile' on your profile, located on the right-hand side. From the list of sections you can edit, choose 'My Avatar'. Browse for the photo you would like to use. The system will allow you to crop the image, accept the changes and submit. Once submitted, hit 'upload', and your page will refresh and display your image.

Sure, it's actually really easy....I made a diagram to upload your profile in three simple steps.
Step 1. Click on Edit your profile
Step 2 - Click on Avatar

Step 3 - Upload your photo and you're done!
I'm having some problems with this.. help please?
After I select the photo I want to upload and it pops up in a new window, the grey bar at the bottom of the screen is preventing me from getting any further.
I can't see or hit the "accept" button.
What do I do? or can I make that bar go away?
If your issue is screen visibility, I would recommend changing the resolution on your monitor. Going higher will allow you to extend the window size, and you will be able to see the entire pop up box.
