Hi All! Hope everyone is having a great week!! Haven't seen daylight for a couple of days (I work night shift :) but this is my third day without meat or dairy...I've just been eating basics like brown rice, vegetables and fruit...I just finished the Kind Foods chapter and am getting ready to start trying recipies!
Can I just say that I love this website!! There is so much support here! Happy Halloween everyone! :)
