Hi & Help!I don't have my Kind Life book with me today and I'm told that we need the recipe for the egg substitute STAT!Can anyone tell me what it is?
Just called my mom who told me 1 tablespoon flaxseed to 3 tablespoons water-- let the water turn the flaxseed mushy and this is a good substitute. She's not sure this is the same recipe from the book though. :)

I use the 1 Tbsp. flaxseed to 3 Tbsp. water sub all the time. It works great
