Hi. I'm Patricia, and I have been mostly superhero (a coffee with soy milk a day and one Diet Pepsi a day still). I had to post to say thanks to Alicia. I ALREADY feel so much more amazing after only two days (and not even having given up the caffeine yet). I never would have imagined that the superhero food could be as good as it is either. I couldn't wait to have my miso soup this morning! I made the thin mushroom "pizzas" last night, and I was thrilled with them and completely full before even finishing it.
