YAY BANANAS!!I'm glad they are working for you!!I've had people complain of soreness during workouts, and generally it is because they drank milk fairly close to the start of their workout... I try to talk them out of milk in general... ;) but settle for after not before!!There is also a great vegan protein powder that you can mix into a shake... it is super green and makes you feel like you are slurping up a bog, but I think it did the trick with my weight programs once I cut out the dairy.Glad we are all moving forward!!
