This is one of my familys favorite things in the morning.

Baked Oatmeal

2 C. rolled oats (not instant
2.5 c. almond milk, unsweetened
4 TBSP. pure grade B Maple syrup
1 Grated apple
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c slivered almonds
pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease an 8x8 inch square baking dish. Mix all inggredients together in the square dish, and bake for 45 minutes, until lightly golden on top. THIS IS SO GOOD!

Enjoy!

Glad you have liked it! We make it different all the time, this was just kind of a base recipe to go off of. Sometimes I use dried cherries in it instead of raisins. :)
You can really get creative and throw in "whatever" you have.
