Vegan Cosi-style bread?

My heart sank a little when I found out all of Cosi's flat bread is made with dried milk, I loved their hummus and veggie sandwiches. Does anyone know of a vegan recipe for a similar bread?
wow i did not know this until now. how sad. maybe i'll write a letter to Cosi asking them to make a vegan version. that hummus sandwich was nice. :(
food for life makes rice tortilla that are pretty good and mary's crackers are great with hummus
I was so sad finding out about their bread, too.
Also, their Moroccan Lentil Soup is not vegan!!!
Their website description said vegan, but the allergen info said dairy. I emailed to call them out on it. They removed the vegan from the description and told me that they didn't know what I was talking about. :(
In the email I also told them that I was sad that the bread wasn't vegan either.
